These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the F3 Prediction website at f3prediction.com (the “Site”), operated by F3 Prediction Inc., a Delaware corporation (“F3”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. These Terms cover use of the public website only; the F3 subscription services have their own separate terms, which are provided to clients at sign-up.
1. Information only. The content on the Site — including any predictions, sample outputs, illustrations and performance examples — is provided for general information about F3 and its services. It is not betting, gambling, financial, investment, tax or legal advice, is not a recommendation to place any bet, and must not be relied on as the basis for any decision. Any illustrative figures or sample data shown are for demonstration only and do not represent actual results.
2. Not a gambling service. Through the Site, F3 provides information and analytics only. F3 does not take, place, manage or settle bets, does not hold client money, and does not operate or control any betting account.
3. Eligibility. The Site is intended for adults aged 25 and over. You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract with F3 and are not barred from doing so under any applicable law.
4. Acceptable use. You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror or bulk-download any part of the Site or its content except as expressly permitted; (b) use any Site content to train, develop or evaluate any artificial-intelligence, machine-learning or automated model, or to build any dataset; (c) interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems or security; (d) use the Site to build or support any competing prediction, tipping, odds or data product; or (e) use the Site for any unlawful, misleading or harmful purpose.
5. Intellectual property. The Site and all of its content, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks and underlying materials are owned by F3 or its licensors and are protected by law. You are granted a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable permission to view the Site for your own information only. No other right or licence is granted, and you must not remove or alter any proprietary notice.
6. Third-party links. The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. F3 does not control and is not responsible for their content, and a link does not imply endorsement.
7. Availability and changes. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. F3 may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, F3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any reliance on its content, including any indirect or consequential loss and any betting or gambling loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy and cookies. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, set out below, which explain how we handle personal data and cookies.
10. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site is the current one, and your continued use of the Site means you accept it.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

This Privacy Policy explains how F3 Prediction Inc. (“F3”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information through the F3 Prediction website at f3prediction.com (the “Site”). It covers the public website only; personal data collected through the F3 client services is covered by the separate client privacy terms provided at sign-up.
1. Information we collect. Information you give us: when you contact us — for example by emailing enquiries@f3prediction.com — we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message. If you use the contact form on the Site, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, website and message. If you apply for private client access you leave this Site for our separate application service, where the information you provide is handled under the client privacy terms shown to you there. Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site we receive limited technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view, through server logs and essential cookies (see the Cookie Policy below).
2. How we use it. We use this information to respond to your enquiry; to record your interest in F3 and arrange a conversation with you; to operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site; and to comply with our legal obligations.
3. Legal bases. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the Site and responding to enquiries, and on compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate the Site and our business — such as our website hosting, email, customer-relationship (CRM) and payment providers — and where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.
5. International transfers. We may process personal data in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.
6. Retention. We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

1. What cookies are. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep them secure, and to remember basic settings.
2. Cookies we use. The Site currently uses only strictly necessary (essential) cookies — those required for the Site to function, to keep it secure, and to hold basic technical settings for your session. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before setting them.
3. Managing cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Because the cookies we use are essential, blocking them may affect how the Site works.

F3 Prediction provides sports-prediction analytics and information. This statement explains what we are, what we are not, and where to find help. Please read it.
F3 Prediction is not a gambling website, a sportsbook, a betting operator or a bookmaker. We do not take, place, manage or settle bets. We do not hold or manage anyone's money, and we do not operate, control or have any involvement in any client betting account. We provide information and analysis only.
Because we are not a gambling operator, we do not offer — and cannot offer — betting controls such as deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits or self-exclusion from betting. Those are provided by the licensed operator you choose to bet with, and any concerns about a specific bet, account or operator should be taken up with them.
We do not encourage, promote or condone gambling. Nothing we publish is a recommendation that you gamble, an inducement to gamble, or a suggestion that gambling is a good idea, a source of income or a solution to any problem.
